Darlene Radel

Darlene Radel, MEP, CHEP, currently serves as a Training and Exercise Planner at COTS since January 2024 and as a Real Estate Agent at Marzucco Real Estate since November 2023. Darlene has a rich background in real estate, having previously worked as a Real Estate Agent at Premiere Plus Realty, Co. from March 2019 to November 2023. In addition, Darlene held significant roles at Favor International, including Regional Development Director and Major Gifts Officer, where Darlene contributed to impactful initiatives in Uganda and South Sudan. Darlene's experience in emergency preparedness includes positions at Central Ohio Trauma System as a Regional Emergency Preparedness Training and Exercise Planner, and at Fairfield Medical Center as the Accreditation/Emergency Management Coordinator. Darlene also served as an Emergency Preparedness Coordinator at Nationwide Children's Hospital from March 2006 to March 2016. Darlene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from The Ohio State University.
