Justin Koval

Justin Koval, ENP, is a seasoned professional in emergency communications with extensive experience at the Collier County Sheriff's Office, where tenure spans from March 2006 to the present. Koval has held multiple roles, including Technical Manager and Technical Supervisor, with responsibilities encompassing the administration and maintenance of PSAP communications systems and networks, oversight of new product research, and project management. Prior to this, Koval served as E-911 Communications Supervisor and has experience as a realtor with Marzucco Real Estate since December 2021.
