Monica Hernandez

Monica Hernandez is the Founder and CEO of MAS Global Consulting, a mission-driven digital services firm based in Tampa, FL, specializing in software engineering, digital modernization, and data engineering and AI, with teams in the US and Nearshore. In addition to leadership at MAS Global, Monica is a member of YPO, the Forbes Technology Council, and serves as an investor for Angeles Investors, focusing on promising Latinx ventures. As a board member for Latin Goodness Foods/MasPanadas and an active participant in the WBENC Forum, Monica advises on issues related to women’s business enterprises. Previous experience includes a consulting technical manager role at Oracle Corporation, where extensive expertise in enterprise applications and project management was developed. Academic qualifications include advanced programs at Harvard Business School, Stanford University, and a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington.
