Deirdre Rodrigo Candappa

Deirdre Rodrigo Candappa is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development & Culture in Group Human Resources at MAS Holdings since June 2020. Prior to this role, Deirdre held multiple positions at MAS Linea Aqua from November 2011 to May 2020, including Director and General Manager of Human Resources. With a background that includes leadership positions in regional human resources management at Next Sourcing Limited and Area Human Resources Manager at Amanresorts, Deirdre has successfully managed HR teams across South Asia. Earlier career experience includes HR roles at Apollo Hospitals Colombo and The Lion Brewery PLC. Deirdre holds an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business Administration and a Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management.
