Kshyahla Pinto-Jayawardena

Kshyahla Pinto-Jayawardena is a versatile professional with extensive experience in leadership and skills development across various organizations. As the Founder of KPJ Academy since January 2023, Kshyahla focuses on enhancing soft skills and leadership capabilities through self-realization and mindset development. In a long tenure at MAS Holdings starting in October 2012, Kshyahla serves as Assistant Manager in Group Lean Enterprise, contributing to corporate strategy and media development, as well as facilitating training and coordination in the Divisional Lean Academy. Additional expertise includes corporate skills development as a Partner Facilitator at Spectrum Trainers and Corporate Consultants, and motivational speaking and event management as a Resident Facilitator and Director at Unity Mission Trust. Kshyahla holds an MSc in Business and Organisational Psychology from the University of Northampton and a Bachelor's in Fashion/Apparel Design from Northumbria University.
