Madhavi Shilpadhipathi

Madhavi Shilpadhipathi has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as General Manager Human Resources at MAS Holdings since October 2003, with a progression through various roles such as Deputy General Manager and Group Human Resources Manager. Prior to this, Madhavi held the position of Senior Executive Human Resources at Noyon Lanka Pvt Ltd from October 2003 to June 2010. Educational qualifications include a Masters of Business Administration with a specialization in HR from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from the Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka, and a degree in Business Administration with a major in HR from the Association of Business Executives UK. Additionally, Madhavi has obtained Lean Manufacturing education within the MAS Operating System from 2007 to 2010 and holds a Green Belt certification.
