Sanjeewa Withana

Sanjeewa Withana serves as the General Manager for Engineering and Projects at MAS Holdings since April 2022, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in engineering, project management, and operations. In this role, Sanjeewa oversees plant and machinery maintenance, utility operations, and facility management, ensuring that projects adhere to high standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. Previous positions include Technical Sales Engineer at Hunter and Company, Operations Engineer at David Pieris Motor Company Limited, and Site Engineer at Lanka Blasting Techniques (Pvt) Ltd, where initial experiences in civil engineering and project management were gained. Sanjeewa holds a B.Sc. Eng. (Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Moratuwa.
