Philip Garrison

Philip Garrison started their work experience in 1987 at Accenture as an HR Business Partner, where they developed talent programs and co-led the implementation of a global performance review process. Philip then moved on to SHL Systemhouse as a Vice President of Human Resources, where they transformed HR functions to support rapid growth and acquisition strategy. Garrison continued their career at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants as a Partner and Vice President of Human Resources, where they built and led the HR organization and supported the company through an IPO. Philip then joined Seurat Company as an Executive Vice President of Human Resources, where they led the HR organization from startup to sale and established various HR functions and processes. Garrison also worked at PBG Consulting as the President, overseeing the company's operations. At TransUnion LLC, they served as the Director of Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS. Philip then joined Dearborn Advisors as the Senior Vice President of HR, Finance, and Administration, where they managed these functions until 2017.

From 2017 until 2021, Garrison worked at Discovery Health Partners as the Vice President of Human Resources. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People Officer at MAS Medical Staffing, where they lead the HR department for a tech-enabled medical staffing agency primarily serving long-term care facilities on the East Coast of the United States.

Philip Garrison attended Knox College and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy.
