Christoph Girmann

Christoph Girmann has extensive work experience in human resources. Christoph started their career at Berenberg as an intern in Human Resources. From there, they joined Conergy as a Corporate HR intern before assuming the role of Human Resources Specialist and later Manager of Global HR Controlling. Girmann then moved on to BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, where they worked as an HR Specialist in Controlling and Compensation. Currently, they are employed at Masa Group as Head of Human Resources Management, and was previously a Personalreferent.

Christoph Girmann attended Heidelberg University from 2005 to 2011 and earned a Diplom degree in Volkswirtschaftslehre. Additionally, they completed the DGFP-Ausbildung-Personalcontroller program at DGFP.
