Doug Howe

Doug Howe is an experienced director and program manager, currently serving as Director at Delta One Services Pty Ltd since March 2003, specializing in consultancy and project management using various industry frameworks. At Spiketech Pty Ltd, Doug operates as Program Director for the TfNSW Central Reservation System project, overseeing contract management and program organization. Doug has held multiple leadership roles including Business Development Lead for Masabi in Australia, Founder and CEO of Spotpass, and CTO at Vix Technology, where significant advancements in project delivery were achieved. Previous positions include VP of SmartCity initiatives at MasterCard, Director of Planning & Development at Transport for NSW, and Global Head of Rail Development at Amadeus IT Group, among others.
