Esmeralda Diaz

Esmeralda Diaz, LMFT, currently serves as Program Manager and Clinical Supervisor at Masada since April 2022 and also works as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Rula since October 2023. Previously, Esmeralda was a Bi-Lingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Two Chairs, and worked at Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services in roles including Bi-Lingual Therapist II and Associate Marriage & Family Therapist from June 2018 to December 2021. Additional experience includes serving as a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern at SHIELDS for Families, a Behavior Therapist at Inclusive Education Community Partnership, and an Assistant Project Coordinator & Spanish Translator at Make It Happen with Care. Esmeralda holds a Master’s degree in Counseling with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from the University of Phoenix (2015-2018) and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from the same institution (2011-2014), along with education from Santa Monica College and a high school diploma from Washington Preparatory High School.
