Vince H. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Vince is currently working as an Associate Director, Talent Acquisition & EVP at MASAN Group since October 2023. Prior to this, they were a Hiring Advisor at CBV Group starting from January 2022. Before that, Vince founded their own company called DeHR and served as the CEO from March 2021. Vince also worked as the Group Head of Talent Acquisition at PNJ Group from August 2019 until October 2021. From July 2017 until August 2019, they were the Head of Talent Acquisition at MoMo (M_Service). Additionally, Vince held roles such as Head of Human Resources and Recruitment Manager at MoMo (M_Service) between 2016 and 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Career Advisor at RGF HR Agent in 2015, a Recruitment Consultant at EMPLOYMENT VIETNAM from 2014 to 2015, and a Business Development Manager at Dun and Bradstreet from May 2013 to November 2013. Vince started their professional journey as a Relationship Manager at Techcombank (TCB) in 2011, where they stayed until 2013.

Vince H. earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University Of Economics Ho Chi Minh City in 2005. Vince later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Finance from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, completing it between 2007 and 2009.
