David Antos

David Antos is an accomplished Information Technology Architect and Senior Researcher at Masaryk University, where tenure began in March 2006. Currently serving as the Head of the Data Storage Department at CESNET since May 2012, David has also contributed to the organization as a Senior Researcher and Researcher from January 2004 to 2012. David's research focus includes programmable hardware and participation in the EU project Scampi as a researcher between 2003 and 2005. Educational qualifications include a RNDr. in Informatics (2008), a Ph.D. in Informatics (2006), an MSc. equivalent (Mgr.) in Informatics (2002), and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics (1998), all obtained from Masaryk University Brno.
