Manuel Sojer

Manuel Sojer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the power quality and smart grid technology sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director of Core Business and Corporate Development at Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen since 2011, Manuel has held various leadership roles including Head of Sales and Marketing and Head of Strategy and Marketing. Additionally, Manuel is a Director at Easun MR Tap Changers Private Limited and Amantys Power Electronics, and previously held a directorial position at Meher Mangoldt Inductors. Prior experience includes a consultant role at Bain & Company Germany, focusing on industrial goods, high-tech, oil and gas, and various strategic and operational improvements. Manuel holds a Dr. rer. pol. degree from the Technical University of Munich and a Diplom in Information Systems from the University of Regensburg, with additional studies at the University of Colorado Boulder.
