Troy Cherry's work experience starts with their current role as Head Of Business Development at Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen since April 2022. Before that, they were the Director - Sales and Key Accounts at Sentient Energy from February 2021 to April 2022. Prior to Sentient Energy, they held multiple positions at Varentec, Inc., including Vice President - Sales and Key Accounts from August 2016 to February 2021 and Director of Sales - Eastern Region USA from July 2014 to October 2016. Before that, they worked as a Sales Manager at Megger from July 2013 to July 2014 and as a Utilities National Sales Manager - Distribution and Australia Business Development Manager at Schneider Electric from February 2010 to March 2013. Troy Cherry also has experience with Schneider Electric as a Software Test Engineer from March 2006 to October 2007 and as a Global Service Engineer from November 2004 to March 2006.

Troy Cherry obtained a degree in EE (Electrical Engineering) with a specialization in Power Engineering and Communications from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) between 2000 and 2004.
