Pankaj Jha has extensive work experience in the sales and spare parts business in the construction equipment industry. Pankaj worked at Maschio Gaspardo Group as the Head of Sales and Strategy, where they managed Pan India sales and spare parts business. Pankaj developed a network of channel partners in India and Nepal to sell Maschio products. Additionally, they handled spare parts operations in India and Southeast Asia. Prior to that, they worked at Action Construction Equipments Ltd. as the Spare Part Manager. In this role, they independently managed spare parts sales, warehouse operations, and logistics for pan India. Pankaj has a strong track record of achieving targets and managing the parts division efficiently.

Pankaj Jha started their education at A D Sr. Sec. School, where they completed their 10+2 education from 1988 to 2003. Pankaj then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce degree, specializing in Accountancy, Commerce, Economics, and Business communications, at DAV centenary college in Faridabad from 2003 to 2006. Following this, they obtained an MBA in Sales and Marketing from DAV Institute of Management, where they attended from 2006 to 2008.
