John Lanham

John Lanham is the Vice President and General Manager of the Tampa Bay Region for Maschmeyer. John has been with the company for 13 years, starting as a Quality Control Technician. John then became a Field / Lab Technician with Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI) before moving up to Customer Service Manager, Operations Manager, and eventually Vice President & General Manager for Maschmeyer Concrete Company of Florida.

John Lanham has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Rollins College - Crummer Graduate School of Business, which they received in 2018. John also has a B.S. from Middle Tennessee State University in Concrete Industry Management, which they received in 2008. In addition, they are a certified trainer in Situational Leadership 2 from Ken Blanchard and is certified by the American Concrete Institute (ACI) at Level 1. John is also a Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Batch Plant Operator from CTQP.
