James Glass

James Glass currently serves as the EDI Team Lead at Cabinetworks Group, a position held since June 2020. With extensive experience in the cabinetry sector, James has worked at Masco Cabinetry since June 2010 as an ETL Developer, concentrating on SAP Business Objects and Oracle BI solutions. Prior to this role, James was a Programmer Analyst and BI Admin at Masco Retail Cabinet Group from February 2003 to June 2010, where responsibilities included developing applications and modifying existing code. Additional experience includes serving as a Helpdesk Support Technician at Kraftmaid Cabinetry (2002-2006) and a Maintenance Data Systems Analyst/Database Manager in the US Air Force (1997-2002). James obtained an Associate degree in Computer Technology from Kent State University between 2004 and 2008.
