Nirav Raj Parikh

Nirav Raj Parikh is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial legal affairs and intellectual property. Since September 2003, Nirav has held several key positions at Masco Corporation, including Assistant General Counsel-Commercial Legal Affairs, Assistant General Counsel & Director of Intellectual Property, and Chief IP Counsel and Counsel for Environmental and International Trade. Prior to this, Nirav served as Legal Counsel focused on intellectual property, environmental issues, and litigation at Owens-Illinois, Inc. from May 1993 to September 2003. Nirav earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and holds an undergraduate degree from Millsaps College.
