Sara C. Osterman

Sara C. Osterman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in environmental health, safety, and sustainability. Currently serving as the Director of Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability at Masco Corporation since September 2015, Sara also holds the position of Chair of The Board of Directors at Paws With A Cause. Previous roles include Director of EHS Systems & Compliance at Masco Cabinetry and Environmental Compliance Audit Program Manager at Chrysler. Sara's tenure in the field began as an Environmental Engineer at Automotive Components Holdings, LLC, following a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan. Additional experience includes product development at Visteon and industrial engineering at the Ford Sheldon Road Plant.
