Kabelo Omphitlhetse Bakang

Kabelo Omphitlhetse Bakang is an experienced Senior Radio Network Optimization Engineer at Mascom Wireless, having served since December 2012, where responsibilities include daily monitoring of sites, troubleshooting underperforming cells, resolving customer complaints, conducting drive tests, and generating network performance reports. Prior to this role, Kabelo worked as a Radio Network Planning and Optimization Engineer at Huawei for a short duration and interned as a Mobile Network Planning & Optimization Engineer at Botswana Telecommunications Corporation (BTC). Additionally, a background in sound engineering was gained through work at All Nations Full Gospel Church (Ottawa) from January 2009 to May 2011. Kabelo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering (Telecommunication Engineering) from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from the University of Botswana.
