Renee Pecor is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Mascoma Bank since July 2024, Renee previously held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Infor, where support was provided to over eight thousand Product and Technology experts. Prior experience includes Vice President of Human Resources for FORTIVE, overseeing the integration of the ServiceChannel business and leading HR for Gordian, and Vice President of Human Resources at Balise Motor Sales, focusing on organizational strategy for a diversified business. Additionally, Renee served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at e-Dialog, where talent acquisition and leadership development were prioritized. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Organization and Management from Antioch University New England and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Springfield College.
