Richard Pavitt

Richard Pavitt is an accomplished professional in event management and partnerships, currently serving as Lead, Events at Masdar since June 2023. Previously, Richard held the position of Account Director at Avantgarde, where responsibilities included leading the du telecom team for various UAE-wide partnerships and events. As Senior Partnerships Manager at Expo 2020 Dubai, Richard excelled in managing key partnerships with global brands, overseeing account management and contract delivery. Richard also contributed as Event Director at dmg events Middle East, Asia & Africa, successfully re-launching major international trade shows, and as Exhibition Director at Informa Exhibitions, where extensive knowledge of international event management was developed. Richard's educational background includes studies at St Paul's Catholic College.
