Tom Bradshaw

Tom Bradshaw is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently positioned at Masdar since December 2023. Previously, Tom held various roles at Infinis from March 2008 to December 2023, including Senior Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing high-complexity power generation projects involving renewable gases and carbon capture technologies. As Technical Manager, Tom provided expert technical support to develop new technologies aligned with business growth targets. Additional roles at Infinis included Gas Plant and Flare Team Manager, leading operations on gas processing equipment across numerous remote sites, and Grade 1 Lead Technician, focusing on recruitment and training. Tom began a career in the British Army as a Vehicle Mechanic, maintaining diverse vehicles in challenging environments. Tom holds multiple qualifications in electrical engineering and management from the University of Northampton and other institutions.
