Chloé Batterham

Chloé Batterham is an experienced ergonomist currently working at MASER ENGINEERING since August 2023, focusing on aerostructures, cabin interiors, and pilot seats for Airbus Atlantic. Prior to this role, Chloé served as an ergonomist at Human Design Group from July 2019 to August 2023, where responsibilities included team management support, workload management, and client relations. Additional experience includes a position at Beauty Success Group analyzing work activities on product preparation and shipping lines, and a technical safety project assistant role at Het Betere BoerenBed, where Chloé created 3D plans and researched safety standards. Early career experience at KSB Company involved continuous improvement and project management apprenticeships, which included operator training and production workshop renovation. Chloé holds multiple degrees, including a Master in Cognitive Ergonomics from Université Toulouse - Jean Jaurès and an engineering degree in Industrial Performance and Innovation from CESI.
