Alberto Pantanelli is a seasoned professional in the automotive industry with extensive experience in parts, service, and sales operations. Currently serving as the Global Head of Parts & Service and Global Head of Sales Operations at Maserati, Alberto has previously held roles such as Head of Aftersales EMEA. Prior experience at Fiat Spa includes positions as Service Marketing and CRM Manager, as well as Service Manager for Alfa Romeo workshops in both the Italian market and Emilia Romagna. Alberto holds a Master's degree in MENG from the University of Exeter and an Engineering degree from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia.
