Royce Akers

Royce Akers is a creative optimist with a robust background in the advertising and media industries. They served as a Senior Creative at TBWA\Australia from 2020 to 2021 and have been the Co-Founder at Pep since 2024. Currently, they hold the position of APAC Operating Partner at MASH and were previously a Creative Director at VIRTUE Worldwide from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, Royce worked as a Consulting Creative Director for the AFL in 2021 and spent several years at VICE Australia in various roles, including Creative Director and Staff Writer. Their career began as a Copywriter at The Furnace from 2003 to 2008.
