Abdul Samathu is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in information security leadership. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Mashreq since September 2023, Abdul has held various key positions including Assistant Vice President of Cyber Security at Mashreq Global Services Private Limited, and Chief Security Officer at AXA Business Services. Abdul's career began with programming roles in software development, evolving into information security management over two decades, with a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University.
