Dr Stanley Molefi

Dr. Stanley Molefi, PhD, serves as the Digital User Experience Lead at Mashreq since May 2023, following a tenure as Lead UX Design Researcher at Standard Bank South Africa from October 2022 to May 2023. Previously, Dr. Molefi held the position of UX | Customer Experience Design Manager at FNB South Africa and worked as a Senior UX Product Designer | Researcher at AfroLynx IT from January 2017 to January 2022. Responsibilities included product ideation, user journey mapping, usability testing, and client report writing. Dr. Molefi also served as a UX Product Designer | Research Consultant at Pal-Life Financial Solution, focusing on survey design and heuristic evaluations. Educational accomplishments include a PhD in Psychology from the University of Pretoria and an MPhil in Applied Psychology from the University of Stellenbosch.
