Rashed Qayed

Rashed Qayed currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Global Head of Retail Banking Operations at Mashreq since September 2023. Prior to this role, Rashed held the position of Head of Shared Services Operations at the Commercial Bank of Dubai from August 2020 to September 2023, overseeing operations in Dubai and Chennai. Rashed's experience includes leadership positions such as Head of Operations at Al-Futtaim Finance, Head of Operations at Commercial Bank International, and Director of Consumer Operations at Du, where responsibilities encompassed managing contact center operations and vendor relations. Additional roles include Head of Accounts Relationship Center & Customer Care at Tanfeeth, and various operational management positions at IBM Global Process Services, Emirates NBD, and National Bank of Dubai. Rashed holds dual MBA degrees from City St George’s, University of London and Cass Business School, both completed between 2012 and 2014.
