Sana Afridi has extensive experience in the banking and customer service sectors, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Customer Service in the Client Experience & Conduct Group at Mashreq Bank since October 2008. Prior roles at Mashreq include Manager of Compliance and Head of Customer Service for Corporate Investment Banking. Earlier career positions involved various customer service roles at 3M Pakistan and ANZ Grindlays, starting in 1999.
