Swetha Maria Sainath

Swetha Maria Sainath is an accomplished professional with a strong background in digital transformation and banking innovation, currently serving as Vice President of Digital Transformation, Strategy & Governance at Mashreq since May 2019. Prior to this role, Swetha held several key positions at Mashreq, including Associate Director of Wholesale Banking Innovation and Transformation, and AVP of Digital Transformation Manager and Agile Delivery Lead. Swetha's previous experience includes a tenure as Senior Business Analyst at Al Tayyar Travel Group, Lead BI Analyst at AIG, and Senior IT Analyst and IT Analyst at Target. Swetha holds an Advanced Product Management certification from Product Faculty and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, complemented by a Pre University education from Christ University, Bangalore.
