Syed Mesam Imam

Syed Mesam Imam possesses extensive experience in IT governance and business analysis, currently serving as Assistant Manager - IT Governance at RAKBANK since June 2018. Prior to this, Syed held multiple roles at Mashreq Bank from October 2007, including Senior Business Analyst in Operations Excellence, where responsibilities included reviewing operational processes and conducting time motion studies, and Assistant Manager MIS & Workflow, successfully implementing the MS-Dynamics CRM case module. Earlier experience includes serving as MIS Executive at Emirates NBD, focusing on client reports and SOP creation, and as Team Leader-MIS at Wipro BPO, managing client reporting for Netscape ISP in the USA. Syed holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Calcutta and has foundational education in Accounting from St Mary’s School.
