Starting as an IT Enabled Service Assignee for the Ministry of Corporate Affairs at CMC Ltd from April 2006 to November 2007, Vivek transitioned to roles at Wipro and NDS Infotech, gaining expertise in application support. A tenure at Barclays from December 2012 to December 2016 involved positions as Service Manager and Change Manager, focusing on service operations and change management within core banking applications. In May 2022, Vivek took on the role of Deputy National Lead for Digital Platforms Service at Bajaj Finserv, establishing a Fresh Monitoring Unit and ensuring service stability.
