Anna Park

Anna Park has a strong background in legal counsel and compliance, with a focus on data privacy and security. Anna has recently joined Masimo as the Senior Director of Privacy and Data Protection Counsel, where they head the organization-wide data privacy and protection program. Prior to this, Anna worked at Littler as Of Counsel, specializing in privacy and security. Anna also has experience as a Partner at CKR LAW LLP, advising clients on data privacy and security compliance, and representing them in litigation. Anna started their legal career as an Attorney at Zeichner Ellman & Krause LLP, where they litigated complex commercial disputes and provided counsel on data protection and privacy. Anna began their legal journey as an Associate at Rosner Nocera & Ragone LLP.

Anna Park attended New York Law School from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with a specialization in Law. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology at the University of Michigan. Outside of their formal education, Anna has also acquired certifications in privacy protection, including the Certified Information Privacy Professional - Europe (CIPP/E) and Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPPUS), both obtained from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals.
