Cem Okurgelir has extensive work experience in various sales roles within the medical industry. Cem currently holds the position of Country Sales Director at Masimo, which they started in June 2022. Prior to this, Cem worked at Medtronic from 2015 to 2022, where they held the positions of Pan Medtronic Strategic Account Manager, Senior Territory Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Acting Regional Sales Manager. Before joining Medtronic, Cem worked at Covidien as an Acting Regional Sales Manager and Senior Field Sales Representative from 2009 to 2015. Cem also gained experience as an Area Communication Head at Türk Jinekoloji ve Obstetrik Derneği from 2007 to 2009, and as a Field Sales Representative at Sanovel from 2005 to 2006.

Cem Okurgelir holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Cukurova University.
