Venkata Krishnavajjula

Venkata Krishnavajjula has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Starting in 2005, Venkata worked as an Engineering Intern at Maxim Integrated Products. From 2005 to 2009, Venkata served as an IC Failure analysis engineer at Evans Analytical Group, where they authored technical reports and developed relationships with customers to optimize failure analysis strategies.

In 2010, Venkata joined Masimo as a Senior Failure Analysis Engineer, leading complaint investigations and reporting on product failures. From 2014 to 2018, they took on the role of Manager, Service Operations at Masimo, ensuring service level agreements were met and overseeing global service organizations. As a Senior Manager, Service Operations from 2018 to 2022, Venkata coordinated voluntary product recalls and facilitated audits by regulatory bodies, while also improving the returns product management process. They are currently serving as the Associate Director, Service Operations at Masimo, managing the transfer of service operations for newly-acquired companies and establishing global repair service capabilities for new product introductions. Throughout their career, Venkata has consistently focused on improving customer satisfaction and product quality while mitigating brand reputation risks.

Venkata Krishnavajjula obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on Electronics and Instrumentation from Acharya Nagarjuna University in the years 1998 to 2002. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Idaho from 2002 to 2004.
