Wendy Lane is a highly experienced corporate director with over 28 years of board service for major global companies. Currently, Wendy serves as a director for several organizations, including Envestnet, Your BioHealth, Masimo, Verisk Analytics, CAC Holdings, and Al-Dabbagh Group, where they leverage expertise in transformational change, crisis management, and corporate governance. Previously, Wendy spent 15 years as an investment banker at DLJ and Goldman Sachs, and has held directorships at companies like LabCorp, Tyco, and Willis Towers Watson.
