David Schultz

David Schultz is a trial attorney at Maslon LLP, where they have focused on litigation in products liability, healthcare, and intellectual property since 2006. With nearly 25 years of experience, David has successfully managed multi-million dollar trial teams and has been recognized as a leader by peers. They have tried cases across state and federal courts, developed an active appellate practice, and have conducted numerous investigations into regulatory compliance. David's previous roles include serving as a Shareholder and Chair of IP Litigation at Halleland Lewis Nilan & Johnson, and as an Assistant Attorney General in Minnesota. David holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Carleton College.
