Tracey Rengering

Tracey Rengering has extensive experience in visual merchandising, operations, communications, and education. Tracey currently works as a Specialized Classroom Paraprofessional at Mason City Schools, where Tracey collaborates with teachers and service providers to support students with a focus on early childhood and special needs. Prior to this, Tracey held various leadership roles at Luxottica, where Tracey developed merchandising resources, led operations and communications strategies, and designed retail operations strategies resulting in improved associate engagement. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Fashion from Ohio University.
