Nicole Darby has extensive work experience in various customer care and contact center roles. Nicole is currently working at Mason Companies, Inc as the Director of Customer Care since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Contact Center Operations Manager at the same company from June 2022 to February 2023. Nicole also held the position of Contact Center Operations Manager from November 2020 to February 2023 at Mason Companies, Inc. Before joining Mason Companies, Inc, Nicole worked at StrategicClaim as the Contact Center Director from January 2009 to January 2020. Nicole also worked at HSG | CodeBlue as the Manager Call Center Operations from January 2009 to June 2018 and at Menards as the Millwork Manager from April 2001 to June 2007.
Nicole Darby attended Chippewa Valley Technical College from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an Associates degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Nicole then went on to Northwood Technical College from 2004 to 2006, where they earned another Associates degree, this time in Architectural Commercial Design.
