Rob Weis

Rob Weis has a strong background in IT management and technical services. Rob started their career as an IT Specialist at Priority Business Systems in 1998, where they project-managed the installation and configuration of LANs, servers, and workstations for multiple clients and received commendations for their customer service. In 1995, they joined Figi's Companies, Inc. as an IS Infrastructure Manager, eventually becoming a Sr. Manager - IT Infrastructure. During their 24-year tenure, they demonstrated expertise in Microsoft technologies, Cisco networking, virtual technologies, and data management. Rob also showcased their management skills in IT strategic planning, team leadership, budgeting, and contract negotiations. In 2019, they transitioned to Mason Companies, Inc. and took on the roles of IT Technical Services Manager and later Director of Technical Services.

Rob Weis obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Cloud Computing from Western Governors University in the year 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Associates degree in Computer Electronics from Mid-State Technical College between 1993 and 1995.
