Arbi Haftavani is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at CookieCutz since October 2013, Arbi leads a family-owned business specializing in custom cookie cutter design and production. Concurrently, Arbi works as a Senior Mechanical and Sustaining Engineer at Mason Controls, with previous roles including Project Engineer and Mechanical Engineer at Eaton, where Arbi managed critical projects in the aviation sector. With a background as a Tooling Design Engineer at Glenair and a Senior Mechanical Designer at Eaton's Hydraulics Business, Arbi demonstrates expertise in hydraulic systems, design engineering, and process automation. Arbi holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from Penn State University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from UCLA, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology.
