Marianella Torrento, MSHRM, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with significant experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager and Business Partner at Mason Controls since March 2022, Marianella supports HR processes and assesses organizational performance. Previously, Marianella worked at LRS Realty & Management, Inc. from May 2015 to May 2021, where responsibilities included payroll management, employee relations case management, and HRIS administration.
