Paulo Souza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and technical representation. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Representative at Mason Controls since December 2016, Paulo also holds a long-standing role as a Product Development Engineer at Embraer, where employment began in July 1982. In the capacity of Project Manager for the Hydraulic System on the EMBRAER E175-E2 program, Paulo oversees planning and development tasks, including engineering and design activities, as well as the installation of Flight Test Instrumentation on prototype aircraft and Ground System Test functional systems on Hydraulic Rigs for integration and simulation of flight controls.
