Mason Controls
Richard Pham has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside, completed in 2018. With experience as an Engineering Intern at Mason Controls since June 2019, Richard previously served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Department of Materials Science & Engineering, where notable contributions included calibrating and aligning diamond anvil cells for high-pressure research and establishing laboratory equipment procedures. Richard also conducted research on vibration condition monitoring of DC motors in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, collaborating on MATLAB algorithms for signal analysis. Additionally, as a Peer Leader at Bourns College of Engineering, Richard provided guidance to first-year engineering students on their educational and career pursuits.
