Sean Hartman

Sean Hartman is a seasoned manufacturing operations manager with extensive experience overseeing large teams and driving operational improvements. Currently serving as the Manufacturing Operations Manager at Mason Controls since August 2022, Sean leads over 75 employees across various manufacturing departments and spearheads capital investments and continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to this role, Sean held general manager positions at Galleher Industries and Endura Steel Inc, focusing on metal forming, production, and distribution. Sean's career also includes a tenure as general manager at Commercial Casting Company.
