Claire McPoland

Claire McPoland is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in workplace design and interior architecture. Currently serving as the Head of Design at Mason & Fifth since June 2024 on a maternity cover basis, Claire previously held the role of Design Lead at Fora and worked at The Office Group as a Senior Interior Designer, where key responsibilities included managing design direction for refurbishments across a portfolio of over 70 buildings. With a rich history at HOK, Claire excelled as a Senior Associate, contributing to complex projects within the WPP Portfolio and developing creative environments for major clients in the Media, Advertising, and Technology sectors. Claire's academic background includes a BA (Hons) in Design and Applied Arts - Interior Design from Edinburgh College of Art, completed in 2007.
