Tracy Baldino's work experience starts in 1997 at Highline Medical Center, where they worked as a Medical Assistant until 2003. tracy then joined Olympic Physicians Pllc as a Medical Assistant from 2003 to 2013. In 2013, they became an Office Assistant at Mason General Hospital, where they currently work.

Tracy Baldino attended Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College from 1992 to 1995. During this time, they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Medical/Clinical Assistant.
