Nathaniel Crain

Nathaniel Crain is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations management, currently serving as the Service Operations Manager at Mason Pro Services since June 2015. In this role, Nathaniel oversees all service department operations, focusing on budgeting, business plan development, and process improvements while managing personnel performance through key performance indicators. Previously, Nathaniel held various positions at Fidelity Mechanical Contracting, Inc., including Vice President of Operations, where strategic direction and detailed planning for the construction division were key responsibilities. Nathaniel also served as Project Manager, Operations Manager, Office Administrator, and began a career as a Sheet Metal Fabricator/Welder.
